Currently, we use moving average to calculate your actual average in the weekly, monthly and yearly donuts. We've used other methods in the past, but for now, this is what we're sticking with.
More specifically, we calculate your weekly averages based on data from today and four weeks back. We calculate your monthly averages based on data three months back. And we calculate your yearly average based on your previous year’s data. Any data from an incomplete period of time, very common when you first launch Life Cycle for example, is excluded from this, to get as much of a credible average as possible.
